Our mission is to make weddings easier, calmer and more accessible. No couple should feel stressed or embarrassed because they do not have witnesses available. We provide a simple, professional service with real human communication from booking through to the ceremony.
Many couples face unexpected challenges when planning a wedding — especially when it comes to witnesses. Friends may be unavailable, family may live far away, or you may simply want a private, low-key ceremony. We built Need A Witness UK to solve that problem reliably, professionally and without unnecessary fuss.

Our witnesses are verified, punctual and respectful, and understand the importance of their role in your ceremony. Every booking is personally reviewed so the right arrangements can be confirmed before the ceremony.
One professional witness costs £150 and two professional witnesses cost £200 total.
Sunday ceremonies include a £50 surcharge, and UK Bank Holidays are charged at double the standard witness-service rate. Travel is charged separately at £1 per mile for the full return journey from CT14 7QE for every booking, including Kent and Medway.
Any applicable deposit, travel charge and final total are made clear before payment.
